Dr. Shah was recommended to me by my primary care physician who is also a patient of his. I had my first appointment with him today and have nothing but good things to say. He is caring, knowledgeable, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, thorough, and provided excellent instructions and summaries in a printed patient handout at the end of the appointment. The receptionist was so nice. She was prompt with responding for the initial appointment scheduling, followed-up with pre-visit instructions, and greeted me with a warm and friendly smile when I arrived. The office is clean and pleasant. Dr. Shah was on time and spent more time with me than most doctors do over multiple appointments. I left this appointment feeling like I had been truly heard and that my concerns were addressed with solutions and a plan for moving forward. I highly recommend Eye Associates of North Atlanta and Dr. Shah.

I needed a new ophthalmologist and, based on a recommendation from my insurance carrier, I made an appointment with Dr. Anand Shah. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Anna at the front desk, who was very pleasant, professional, thorough and basically set the tone for my visit.
I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Shah. He is very down-to-earth and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is patient, easy to talk to, a great listener, and genuinely cares about his patients and their eye health. His thorough examination and detailed explanations certainly demonstrated that.
During my visit, my records from my previous ophthalmologist—whom I believe Dr. Shah knew—were requested and received. Dr. Shah took the time to carefully review and compare those records with his findings, made thorough notes, answered all of my questions, and provided clear recommendations for my continued care.
Needless to say, my visit went extremely well. I am very pleased to have found Dr. Shah and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist. He was excellent!

My appointment with Dr. Shah at Eye Associates of N Atlanta was a very satisfying visit. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. I want an ophthalmologist who is directly involved in the examination of my eyes. In years past it was not unusual to be examined by an ophthalmologist. Today you can make an appointment with an ophthalmologist and be passed off to lesser educated and trained staff.
Dr. Shah personally does a thorough examination. During my appointment my records from my last ophthalmologist and my retina specialist were requested; received; and read and compared with what Dr. Shah was observing.
Dr. Shah makes copious notes and explains all his findings and makes his recommendations in easy-to-understand language. He answers questions patiently.
In every aspect, the visit with Dr. Shah was a very pleasant one.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Shah and his office staff. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain medical conditions, test results, and treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring that all questions are answered.
The receptionist deserves special recognition as well. She is professional, organized, and always responsive. Whether scheduling appointments or returning calls, she is prompt, friendly, and efficient. The level of care and customer service provided by this office is truly outstanding! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Shah. I didn't know what to expect, so I was presently surprised how friendly and approachable he was. He did a very thorough exam and took a lot of time to explain everything to me and was patient as I had a lot of questions. Yes, I would definitely recommend him. Without a doubt.

I visited Dr Shah at Eye Associates at North Atlanta for the first time today. It was the best visit I have had with an ophthalmologist. When I arrived Dr Shah was ready for me. He did a thorough check up (glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, pressure in my eyes etc.)and answered any questions I had about my eye health. He also gave me some good tips on what I need to do to relieve tired itchy eyes from working on a computer 8+ hours a day. It was a great visit. As soon as I stepped in the office l was greeted by Anna. She had all the forms I needed to fill out but she also emailed them to me prior if I wanted to fill out at home. I’m so impressed with my experience I will be going here on a regular basis. I’ve already scheduled my appointment for next year.
