I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Shah and his office staff. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain medical conditions, test results, and treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring that all questions are answered.
The receptionist deserves special recognition as well. She is professional, organized, and always responsive. Whether scheduling appointments or returning calls, she is prompt, friendly, and efficient. The level of care and customer service provided by this office is truly outstanding! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Shah. I didn't know what to expect, so I was presently surprised how friendly and approachable he was. He did a very thorough exam and took a lot of time to explain everything to me and was patient as I had a lot of questions. Yes, I would definitely recommend him. Without a doubt.

I visited Dr Shah at Eye Associates at North Atlanta for the first time today. It was the best visit I have had with an ophthalmologist. When I arrived Dr Shah was ready for me. He did a thorough check up (glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, pressure in my eyes etc.)and answered any questions I had about my eye health. He also gave me some good tips on what I need to do to relieve tired itchy eyes from working on a computer 8+ hours a day. It was a great visit. As soon as I stepped in the office l was greeted by Anna. She had all the forms I needed to fill out but she also emailed them to me prior if I wanted to fill out at home. I’m so impressed with my experience I will be going here on a regular basis. I’ve already scheduled my appointment for next year.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shah for a comprehensive eye exam. Scheduling an appointment online was very efficient and follow-up by office staff was professional and very pleasant. Dr. Shah performed the eye exam which was both thorough and clearly explained. Dr. Shah outlined options and made recommendations that allowed me to confidently make decisions on the best path forward.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my first visit, took care of some paperwork, and was immediately seen by Dr. Shah. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. All my questions were answered, and he made sure I understood the results of my exam.
I am speaking from the perspective of someone in the medical field (veterinarian for 45 years), with above average knowledge of ophthalmology.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shah! He is thoughtful and knowledgeable. He really took his time to examine my mother’s concerns and my family will be visiting his practice whenever we need an ophthalmologist. I highly recommend his practice.
